Doctor doing endoscopy and biopsy bacteria positive and I taking medicine fuly.. Bt still gastric not cured from long time 5 months and am going 3 time to motion . And I suffering too much from this give some ideas for solve this problem

I have intestinal infection according to doctors. I have taken 14 day antibiotics. I take regular burps after eating food and sometimes there is severe chest pain also. During medicine period there was no problem of indigestion or acidity. But after 14 days of medicines problem is still there. Doctor suggested me to take 5 days medicines again. Hi.My sgot is 43 and sgpt is 62. In kft the serum cloride is 109. Do I need to do more tests or need to take medicines.
