I am a 27yoM with diffuse left sided abdominal pain. The pain is brought on by straining or stretching. The pain is also after eating a large meal. I have not been losing wieght or been having unusual stools. I have noticed an increase in gas and bloating. I am 6'2, 155lbs and exercise 3-4 times a week.
