Stomach Problems & Remedies

He has major digestion problems. Gets gas after eating anything. Vommitting is also there! He is really worried as it gets very uncomfortable in the stomach. He has consulted many doctors and tried a lot of things but nothing is putting an end to this problem. Also did X ray of stomach but it showed nothing. Please advice on how to end this problem completely.

I have gas problem.in endoscopy ,indication dyspepsia,esophagous-- GE junction -38cm,zline-1.5 cm.p proximal to GE junction. mucosa normal no varix,ulser or mass lesion seen. Stomach - content nil,d distensibility normal,fundus body- normal mucosa,antrum-hyperemic.mucosa- no varix,ulser,mass lesion seen.pylorus-central and circular.duodenum-d1 & d2 normal mucosa.RUT- negative.impression- antral gastritis.biopsy not taken. Sir is it serious.my sgpt 186 and sopt 67. Pls. Give me suggestions .
