Having loose motion and went to washroom 4 to 5 times. Cramps in abdomen and having little fever. Little restless as cannot take rest even if feeling little sleepy. Low energy and loss of appetite. Please suggest.

I had constipation issue for which I took Triphala tablet for 1 week after this I am getting loose stool every day since 1month and frequency to bathroom is 3 times.i consulted a doctor then I am having providac bd,rifagut 400 bd for 2 weeks and sompraz d 40 od for 3 wk.after 3 days of having tablets I am not seeing any improvement in my condition even frequency to bathroom has increased from 3 to 5 times.please suggest.i need help.
