Stomach Problems & Remedies

I am having bloated stomach, gas, Some times nausea since 2 months. I went through Upper GI endoscopy. impression was Lax Les. Sometimes I have problem in breathing( heaviness ) and it goes after some hours. Stool test and hemoglobin level are normal.

This is my endoscopy report please tel me my disease on witch stage of criticalness suggest me right medicine and treatment , because i am very sad to take my problem, pain and gas problem in my abdomen

Explain me sir is there any pills or tablet used to damage liver in one dose or any tablet which can cause a side effect of gas and constipation and lower abdominal pain tell me ..is such types of tablet are made

I'm a social drinker. Maybe once week..maybe. About 2 months ago I had gone out had two beers with friends. Went home completely fine. The next day I woke up and was violently sick for 7 hours. 2 weeks ago same thing. I had one glass of wine at dinner..the next day I woke up and was just as sick for just as long. To the point i was vomiting of bile and stomach acid. I did still have an appetite. My heartburn has increased and I have an 2 odd shaped rashes on my stomach as well. Worried.
