Stomach Problems & Remedies

My father have a hyper acidity problem from last 1 year we showed too many doctors all gave medicine but nothing happand. Problem is increasing day by day.. Symptoms are: bhuk na lgna, neend na ana jisse stress level bdta ja rha hai and dakar ana plz give me some suggestions what shout we do.. All test are doing nothing happen only some infection are in stomach

I Have this problem where I sometimes feel pain in my rectum whenever I try to pass gas or when I try to go to the bathroom and it’s really painful sometimes. Also when I go to the bathroom my stool comes out normal sometimes and then other times it’s normal and then comes out loose in the middle of it. I just want to know if I’m okay or not cause I’m really worried

No clear motion for atleast 2 days and getting burps. Gas problem and farts with bad smell. Stomach pain below the chest.
