My Father went through a liver test and in his test His SGPT WAS 44 AND SGOT WAS 81 what does it exactly means

Woke up last night about midnight with sharp pain in upper abdomin and water dark diarrhea, today Cindy and pain not as sharp with a little more solid diarrhea should I be concerned?

Still Suffering from Jaundice for 4months & Bilirubin level is fluctuating between 1.11 to 1.62.

Since last few days i was having bloating problem. Then yday night i started having abdominal pain in center(Just below the rib cage) Then the pain spread to my back also. Around the same height.. below the rib cage. It was quite severe pain so finally took anti inflammatory pain killer volterine. The pain subsided with that and hasn't come back since. But I am still feeling some very slight discomfort in my back right side. what could be the cause of pain in abdomen and back at same time?

I have skin coming out from my anus, and when touched it pains and i get a burning sensation. It's uncomfortable to go to loo.
