Sir, I have done my s bilirubin check result found 2.1 mg/dl so how can be possible to decrease s bilirubin and also which test will again recheck pls reply

I am suffering from bloated stomach and naucia since 3 days. I had vomiting on friday night after having Kachori. Then On sunday also I had vomitted after drinking sugarcane juice. on when I had watermelon. I am not feeling hungry. If I eat less, stomach feela full and started feeling vommoting.

I've had this bloating feeling for almost year now and will have pain under left rib cage from time to time. went to multiple doctors and say its IBS and constipation. I was treated for chlamydia multiple times and been given a pelvic exam for PID and was told did not have it. stomach will fill empty but full. HELP please

I have been facing with constipation for long i have lot of churna and all but  work only for few days again it happens. in morning someday  sour(yellow)water comes out of mouth and whenever i eat something made of fine flour( maida) like samosa ,i started feeling gastric issue but i hardly eat such things. and whenever stool doesn't pass properly i feel heavyness in abdomen. otherwise other things like appetite and all fine with me but my stomach is clear appetite increases . kindly help with some medicine and suggest what to do so i become fit, i am very upset. plz help
