I have stomach pain n back pain n feel like heavy n itching in stomach ..i feel like vomitive..

I have stomach pain from last one week. It happens at any time in day. Although I freshed up in the morning. I ate food outside food and water intake is less. Suggest me, I will be thankful

My mum had an episode of acute gastroenteritis about two weeks back. She got btr but now since a week she is passing small solid stools with gas. Got her stool test which said obt trace mucus +, pus 6-8, rbc occasional and alkaline 8. She is currently on rifalgut. Is the problem too serious? Now she passes about 4-5 small stools with gas especially after eating.

Sir/Madam, I study in Class XII and am preparing for NEET and therefore I usually study till 1 o clock and get up at 7. I cant eat anything at all. Whenever I try to eat, even looking or thinking of the food brings nausea to me and I might vomit while eating. I cannot eat much at all. I have an irritable temper. Most of all,if the food is not tasty, I cannot eat at all. Sometimes, my leg pains due to gas formation. Eating nothing for 5 6 hrs causes acid. I am fed up with my life. Kindly advise what disease I am afflicted with. Previously one doctor gave me Nexpro L which worked well for a few days. I have irregular bowel movement.
