Surfing from loose motion problem from last 2-3 days and stomach ache, kindly help me out and rashes on the outlay due to continues motions

Indigestion feel heavy constipitation some time blood in stool unable do digest whatever am eating it is creating gas in stomach bloating is there sometime headache

Hi, I am Habibur Rahman Bhuyan, and my right side of the abdomen always paining in a little contiously , and in my ulta sound report show my liver is Fatty with Grade-1 so what medicine should i take for this problem.

I have had blood in my stool for about 3 months, red/Maroon. And now I find it very difficult to pass stool.
