Sir i have bile problem such that when i do physical exercise on empty stomach then after one hour of exercises bile started to come out and i feel vomiting and weakness so much that it looks difficult to walk. When i take water then i feel relaxed. I have also gone through endoscopy there was no problem in stomach and lever. But it was showing bile. Bile comes especially after exercise if i do not do exercises then no bile comes out in whole day. So pls tell me its cause and cure. Does drinking lemon water in morning on empty stomach increase acid.

I have been having acid reflux for the last 2.5 years. Hasn't been resolved with Omeprazole after I had it for 3 months(I tried it in 2016 and stopped it). Tried ranitidine for 3 days last week but hasn't helped. Don't know if problem is due to high stomach acid or low stomach acid. I have been facing difficulty in stooling.the day I went to the toilet,i was unable to stool well.when I finished and wiped.immediately as I was bathing,my hand went to my anus,and I felt a soft lumb,like a balloon. After sometime I touched it, I wasn't seign it again.what could that be?

My lower right quan of my stomach is hard when I press on it. It feels like a hard lump.
