Sir i have bile problem such that when i do physical exercise on empty stomach then after one hour of exercises bile started to come out and i feel vomiting and weakness so much that it looks difficult to walk. When i take water then i feel relaxed. I have also gone through endoscopy there was no problem in stomach and lever. But it was showing bile. Bile comes especially after exercise if i do not do exercises then no bile comes out in whole day. So pls tell me its cause and cure. Does drinking lemon water in morning on empty stomach increase acid.

I have been having acid reflux for the last 2.5 years. Hasn't been resolved with Omeprazole after I had it for 3 months(I tried it in 2016 and stopped it). Tried ranitidine for 3 days last week but hasn't helped. Don't know if problem is due to high stomach acid or low stomach acid. I have loss of appetite since last 4 weeks. there has been a feeling of bloating and tighness while passing stools. I have been taking digestive enzymes and anatacid but there is no feeling of hunger. The blood sugar levels are increasing and it seems food taking lot of time to digest. There is tightness in chest as well but no pain in any area or any fever.
