Stomach Problems & Remedies

My stomach is not well for almost 3 days....it is not getting clear...and I have been going 4 to 5 times daily to washroom...mostly after taking food...still stomach is not getting clear...

I conducted USG followed by an LFT, usg report was normal however the gallbladder was reported to be physiologically distended. In my LFT, the total bilirubin was reported to be 1.04, I consulted a local physician who recommend me to take pantocid dsr once in empty stomach and udiliv 300 and enzarforte twice a day. It has been 15days since, I again conducted LFT 1day back, this time the total bilirubin was reported to be 1.13 also the sgpt and sgot parameters were higher (within range). Is it a concerning thing and shall I continue taking the medications? Do I need to bring any changes in my lifestyle . Attached lab reports for the LFT both previous and recent.

I am suffering from intestinal infections....after doing stool test..it was giardiac infection ...since 4 months i was suffering from this disease.. I have taken lots of medicine for this infection but it is not cured what should i do ..?

My rectum is getting shrink why it happens ? I was normal from last 6-7 months now its again stated i feel to go wash room but im unable to pass my stool because my rectum is getting shrink. What to do for this ?

I am 28 year old, i have anus leaking problem since past 5 months. And i feels heavy in abdomen and the leaking gas spreads smelling.. Too. So kindly help me out from this situation.. I am very disappointed to move with this to society.

Please help me finding an enema clinic and would enema help in my current situation because I have been facing this since quite a long duration

I'm having a small amount of blood when I wipe after using the restroom I had a burning sensation . and a itch on anus And not long ago I had a pain on my lower back on my left hand side

I am having pain in right upper abdomen also around belly button. Sometimes blood comes from stool. Check with doctor,my CBC,USG and kidney test report are normal.  While touching upper abdomen ,it feels something hard. These symptoms are from last 3 months.

My mother who is 70 years old. While passing bowel today ,she saw that raw blood came out from her anus/ rectal region. Though there is absolutely no pain or any uneasiness in her abdomenal region. Neither she felt any sort of pain while passing bowel. It just happened once ... Please suggest as I feel it is Piles .

Dear Sir or madam My mother is suffering from serious Bleeding piles and she is having pain in that area She is also having a stone in her gall bladder about 24 size I am very sad What can i do for her
