My mother whose colonoscopy was done a few day back is not feeling well due to dyspepsia and gastro trouble there is no improvement by medicatin prescribed. By the doctor pl advice

Emptying bowels is not possible even once in FIVE DAYS, UPPER AREA OF ABDOMEN FLATTY. I HAVE MOUTH ULCERS PROBLEMS

I am suffering from pile's pain since one week. I want to know pain killer name in particular to ease my pain instantly. All other medications I am using along with cream. After meal or before meal I feel burning in my stomach and Pain sometimes Sometimes my bowel movement 2- 3 times in a day Sometimes my bowel movement 1 time in a day after I feel repeat going to washroom and fresh .

I think i have GERD as i have pain in the chest and regurgitation i dont have pain while swallowing but i have pain when the regurgitated liquid goes back. I have never had this problem but why am i suffering now? Are there any possible causes if things that i can avoid? I am currently under medication for high bp and glycomet and also taking an antifungal . Please help.

I noticed the symptoms of acid reflux in me, I.e, burning sensation in throat and committing sensation when I am lying down. It's there a quick relief from it as it's very uncomfortable while sleeping. Also I don feel too hungry during the day, I survive on 2 meals as I don feel hungry and feel full the rest of the time.

Upper right abdominal fullness, constant pressure behind breastbone relieved for several seconds by belching. Dull pain acid feeling in throat, nausea, decreased appetite. No measurable weight loss. 30 years old, otherwise good health. No drinking \ smoking. Medications: Metoprolol Succinate 100mg\day (anxiety), Sertraline HCL 100mg\day (anxiety). 6 months ago, CMP normal. Now all normal (including Bilirubin, ALP) but AST=88 and ALT=44, both elevated. Were both 12 6 months ago.
