I got the contraceptive implant inserted 1 week ago. I have a history of gallstones 1 year ago confirmed by ultrasound. I had a gallstone attack on Tuesday and had severe pain, but have been still having intermittent mild pain, dark urine, pale stool and a slight jaundiced appearance. What treatment do you suggest?

Hi Doc, Roughly 2 months back I found a lump around my rectum and anus region. The lumps was very small and I started to use Himalayas pilex ointment as a precautionary measure. But now it's gotten hard and is spreading. I have no pain, nor do I bleed. What should I do? I am worried, will I need a surgery for it? Thanks in advance

For the past 8 months I've had issues with food. Some days I feel fine and eat normally and others I feel physically sick when I even think about food. It's hard to explain specifically but it usually happens in waves where I'll be fine for maybe a week and then have a week where I'm very nauseous and not hungry at all and can't force myself to eat. When I do eat I get full after a few bites. I have lost about 20 lbs in the span of 8 months. My weight has plateaued but my symptoms continue.

I have abdominal pain in right for past few days. I had liver test and found the reports OK but bilirubin total is 1.3. Is it something to worry or what should I do to reduce it.
