Stomach Problems & Remedies

Since few days I am suffering from uncleared bowel movement. I feel the urge of bowel movement but when I go to toilet, i feel that my stomach isn't emptied at desired level. Generally after lunch a mild gas forms, but no bloating or urge to go to toilet. I have no burning or itching issue. I do jogging regularly for 10 mins in the morning. I am lill bit overweight, 85 kg with height of 5 ft 8 inch. I generally take cucumber when having lunch and generally eat average 3 dates everyday. What should I do to resolve my problem?

I feel heaviness in my lower abdomen. I have been visiting several doctors for long time but not cured yet.

From last one month I am experiencing strange things happening with my stomach, first is little heavy ness near liver, i had minute liver problems in past like my billirubin levels were high but it went down after taking liv 52 and maintaining good diet. I had some flatulence disorders and the fart really smells bad. It was not ever happened to me. I had always little gas problems but never smelled bad but from Last  month it is not getting better. Please help me, should I start taking some medications. One of my friends doctor told me if I feel. Too much uncomfortable I can take eldicet. Is it. Good for. Improving the situation?

I had diareahh for 2-3 days. Its been a week now..The loose motions have stopped but still my stomach aches.. Mostly in morning. I have been having stomach issues for about 2 years now. Can I take dr Teddy's econorm powder? And are there any other medicines/ probiotics that can help me?
