Having loose motion from today morning. Liquid stools. Feeling lazy. Drinking glucon-d to avoid lazyness. Please help.

I am suffering from fever from 20 days with loose motion and short stomach pain, sometimes shoulder pain too which makes me too feel energyless .I have taken zifi but no benefit occurs....

I had vomited a lot in the morning...and had loose motions..there was no fever. After that I didn't vomit..but I am having a little vomiting sensation.

I have been prescribed ornio, vibact, n pan tap ds for loose motion from Sunday morning I have started taking actually from last week itself something not good for my stomach its not loose motion Dont know what but Sunday early morning full watery motion started so started the medicines till yesterday evening it was OK but from evening again I went for motion two times it was loose only what to do is it because of food or will it take time to settle down 5 days course is there please suggest.

Having diarrhea since 10+ hrs. What medicine should I take taking in to consideration that iam breast feeding my 6month old. And can the feeding be done as normal with my condition? Plz advice.

In a day 5 yo 6 times i will go toilet, but in morning first i go at 8 then 8.30 snd then 9.15 after breakfast after that i will tske lunch approx 3 pm then i will go at 6 pm after that when i reach home to take dinner before that i eill go toilet

I have bitter water in my mouth,nausea,heaviness and spasm in stomach and acidity as well. No appetite for food.pls help
