Stomach Problems & Remedies

My SGOT is 49 and SGPT is 53. Please let me know what can be the reason they are coming higher and what can be done to improve it

I am suffering same problem almost a year and half. Done ultrasound, endroscopic, different blood tests Hbsag, anti HCV, liver function test, Urin test, everything normal.. I tried different medicine such as Sucrafil O Gel, zosa dsr, and different vitement supplements,     Please help me to diagnosis my problem. And treat the root cause of My problem.

I am not going motion regularly Daily going a day after day and I'm having problems of not going daily.
