How Albendazolam should be taken before food or after food ? Should there be gap of 1 hour if it is taken before food

I have checked bilirubin and it was 2.9 after 15 days my bilirubin is 2.7 i dont know what to i have to do a medical test for kuwait visa and also doc told me that your bilirubin will be high only and u dont have problem and i want to know that will they unfit me due to this reason as my direct bilirubin is 0.4 and indirect bilirubin is 2.3

After lunch at outside hotel, stomach pain started today at 8pm, I gave cyclopam tablet, he vomited after 1hr of taking tablet. Later given normet tablet. Stomach pain is around navel. Please advise.
