Stomach Problems & Remedies

I am having diarrhea, stomach ache and fever(some times) from past 2 days. From yesterday I am having feeling of vomiting too but didn't vomited. I am having p-650 + drotin DS + flagyl 200 + rabemac DSR. NOW WHAT SHOULD I DO?

I am a 27yoM with diffuse left sided abdominal pain. The pain is brought on by straining or stretching. The pain is also after eating a large meal. I have not been losing wieght or been having unusual stools. I have noticed an increase in gas and bloating. I am 6'2, 155lbs and exercise 3-4 times a week. I have not been running a fever nor any major changes in my diet. I do not eat fast food, fried food, or sugar. I eat lots of fiber as well.

I have been suffering from constupation from past 2 months before i was diagnosed with hemmiroids disease and i am swetting proufiously from 2 months

We need to attend function at chennai, at this time my mother in law suffering from digestive problems (loose motion), we need to travel now, so please tell us a quick remedy

Hi I am out with family on vacation in Srinagar and surrounding areas. Since April 28th afternoon, I have been getting a foul/stale tasting/smelling burp. I feel bloated and I have no appetite. I tried skipping dinner 28th night and breakfast on 29th. There is no relief. On 29th morning I induced vomiting to see if it helps clear my stomach, it was of no help. Since 29th night I started getting very watery diarrhea and went 4 times in 6 hours. As I am traveling I am not aware of good doctors in the area. Please advice.

Sir I started Aurvedic treatment for curing ulcer.As allopathy treatment does not cure permanently. Sometime I was feeling better for 10 to 15 days with this treatment but again started pain and having constant Bloating reduces my Weight. Kindly guide, I am in delimea
