Have a hernia last year had to go hospital because my large intestines were swollen have I have a problem going bathroom number 2 now last 2 days can't eat every time my stomachs hurts really bad everything comes back up

Sir..i am facing problem with my stomach..when ever i eat and after eating when ever i am drinking water i feel like vomiting and sometime i do vomit.i vomit in small amount.plz help me and give me a suggestion..

1.Have little stomach pain in left lower side from last 7-8 days. 2. I vomitied 2-3 times in between. 3. Always feel like vomiting. 4. sometimes fever. 5. Taken ofloxacin and ornidazole course for 5 days, but didn't work then doctor advised for Nitazoxanide. Already took 2 day course and continuing for next 3 days.
