How to improve digestion naturally. I'm having constipation problem often and digestion is not proper

Last week I took orni o for loose motion along with vibact n pan tap ds for 5days but I n having cramps in stomach n very urgent to go to poop n whole day I will not in myself. 3yrs back i was diagnosed with ibs n grd took treatment after dat it never happened to me like this did endoscopy n colonoscopy both are normal at that time. So sat I went to gastro he gave rafel 400 n one antacid daily thrice n asked me to do blood test(crp, cbc, aec).y I m not becming nrml n aftr the poop feeling week

I have a digestion problem It have been since last 5 yrs its become difficult for me to do any activity

From last 1 year .i feel little pain and sensation in anus after passing the stool .this problem starts suddenly i sat in the bus and i feel stool is coming but when i'd tried no stool is comeout..but a swelling type feel is there and also a sensation after stool pass. I'd go to checkup in PGI Chandigarh.but after the treatment there is no gain.and after 7 months it is start again

Hi so I was suggested this medicine for digestion after brkfst lunch and dinnr 2tsp. But ive noticed my urine is turning yellow and concentrated after drinking this. Is it normal? M also taking medicines like aceclofenac and entavis and then this gaviscon. But Ive noticed after taking this for few hrs its yellow and concentrated. Also, I drink less water. Is it bcz of that? Today I drank more water my urine was normal for 2hrs then suddenly now I noticed its dark yellow

Hi my son had fever 6 days ago with a max of 102.5 that lasted less than 48 hrs and had losemotion twice a day. Then vomittings. Have been giving him probiotic and ondem. Now there is no fever and no vomitting since yesterday but he is extremely tired, sleepy and doesn't feel like eating anything. Still has losemotion and its still watery frothy and bad. It doesn't seem to be getting better even after 6 days. Doc said its viral. Please provide your review what it could be...my main concern is his lack of activity and hunger and stomach doesn't seem to be getting btr. Also m worrried if it could be typhoid he has had typhoid two years back. Dont want to uneccesarily get tests done but dont see an improvement overall.
