I feel pain in the lower part of my food pipe near stomach when I swallow something or burp. The pain lasts only for one or two seconds and then go away. It is happening since the last two or three days. What is it?

I am suffering from acidity I am not feeling well.how can I get rid of it please help me what should I avoid and what should I take in a meals so that I get healthy

I have gas problem.in endoscopy ,indication dyspepsia,esophagous-- GE junction -38cm,zline-1.5 cm.p proximal to GE junction. mucosa normal no varix,ulser or mass lesion seen. Stomach - content nil,d distensibility normal,fundus body- normal mucosa,antrum-hyperemic.mucosa- no varix,ulser,mass lesion seen.pylorus-central and circular.duodenum-d1 & d2 normal mucosa.RUT- negative.impression- antral gastritis.biopsy not taken. Sir is it serious.my sgpt 186 and sopt 67. Pls. Give me suggestions .

Hi Doc, I gets the feeling of fullness after having a very small meal. My abdomen also remain very hard. I barely get a hungry feeling. Please suggest Thanks
