I have been suffering from piles and not able to pass stool clearly and even after going to toilet it feels like again I have to go for toilet,it's like a constipation.can I take constipation medicine (bisacodyl tablet) to get some relief in piles from this constipation.

Hello, I am 42 year old male residing in Bangalore. 2 months back I was diagnosed with "Reflux Esophagitis" and was prescribed Pantodac-40 (1-0-1) for 4 weeks. Also was prescribed Sucrafil-O gel to control the feeling of phlegm/lump stuck in the throat all the time. I was fine till 3 weeks but the symptoms have returned. So, I have started taking Pantodac-40 again with Sucrafil-O only as SOS. I DON'T have trouble swallowing but have chest pressure that radiates pain to jaws. I am a pure vegetarian , non-smoker and strictly do NOT consume alcohol. Please advice.

Hi, I went to a gastroenterologist last month for severe stomach pain and feeling bloated after meal. He told me that I have an acid reflux or GERD. He gave me medication for two weeks but the pain and bloating does not go away. And I burp frequently acxompanied by heartburn. He asked me to undergo endoscopy and he said that it was ok aside from. Mild swelling of the stomach. He gave me another medication but I'm just worried up until nowI still felt pain in my stomach although the pain decreases already but still feel bloated after eating and burp frequently. What could be the problem?

My sgpt is 80 and sogt 45 it is normal ? Plz give answer. If not normal what is the treatment and what should i do

I often have pain in right lower side of abdomen. Sometime feel like hard. Feels good when exercise daily. Stools not uniform, sugar level was high few days back now its in control.
