Had fissurectomy 2010. Exit tight nd jammed, had to burst my body out for a BM. Unable to sit for a month. Cannot have complete BM since then. Will have 2 episodes within half day. Developed incontinence. alternating on laxatives nd quitting but also problematic BMs. Have to squeeze for bowels to pass. Pellets in the rectum most of times. Have fissures again. The pressure to pass BM gets pain in spine and hip bone. Biofeedback dosent Target problem. Already having limited life.pls help

When i get gas i feel pain on the left diaphram. this lasts until the gas problem subdides. During this time i feel weak

Hi. My sgpt usually runs between 110 to 140. I have taken medications and in 4 days my sgpt rise to 275. Total bilurubin is 2.96 , direct 1.84 and indirect 1.12. Alkaline phosphate is 113

I recently was diagnosed with fatty liver grade one. I was having pain in lower right abdomen on pressing and I had loose motions too. Hunger is normal. Doctor recommended blood test, stool test and ultrasound. In the blood test SGPT and SGOT was missing. I came to know that sgpt and sgot and important part of liver test but doctor did not recommend. Should I go for it? Liver is much better after taking antibiotics dose for 5 days as liver infection was detected but the pain in lower right abdomen is still there. What is the reason for that?

My bilrubin is 12 and sgpt is 724.plz suggest my jaundice level and treatment
