Stomach Problems & Remedies

My stool has been soft for some time now (almost a month, or may be more). But there hasn't been any pain ever. I didn't take it seriously until on the 11th of this month I noticed fresh blood on the tissue paper. I was alarmed but it seemed like one of those isolated incidents as the blood disappeared the next day. However, on the 24th I again noticed blood after bowel movement. The tissue paper was stained red once again. From the next day the blood has disappeared again. the texture of the stool hasn't been consistent. However, most of the time it's soft, and often appears disintegrated. The colour too varies, from the usual yellow to blackish. When there's blood, I do not think that it is mixed with the stool. In all the cases, I ended up noticing the blood because it stained the tissue paper. While cleaning myself I almost always notice a mucus like substance on the tissue paper. Even if there is blood. My mother & paternal grandmother had Brest cancer. Should I be worried?

I was suffering from blood in stool from 2 months than I go to a MD physician and consult he gave me medicines and done blood test and in report my billrubin was 1.9 then he gave me medicines of jaundice after some day bleeding stopped today i go to toilet two Times but when go third time then found blood in stool was blood in stool due to jaundice in start please tell me

I am Suffering From Piles From Last 3 Years.I also treated it with the  Khsar Sutra , but the pain on the anus is always pain, constipation is maintained. Please Suggest me A better Way to Get Rid of this

Main problem is improper digestion. It is causing pain n uneasiness. I am feeling hyper acidity and tightness in stomach. Not feeling hungry even.

Since last 4 months I am having all this problems. Consulted 4 docs but still no relief. I get acidity everyday and I always feel my stomach is full. Whenever I eat I feel the food spicy. I get loose motions most of the days and many times my mouth feels dry. My diet has become very less and have loss weight.
