Stomach is paining for 10-15 sec. Again it comes to normal position for sometime. Mild pain is there and am facing lose motion all also

My bowels are verry loud and my poop is thin. Indigestion from time to time and ive had diarhea for 1 day. My bowels haven beenmloud for at least a year. Its probably just IBS. But i cant stop thinking that it miggt be cancer

I have been suffering with phases of loose motions and incomplete emptying of bowel from past two years.i have undergone endoscopy, colonoscopy, sigmoidoscopy and tissue biopsy but the reports are normal mesacol 1.2 mg helped me but after stopping it the problem was back.now iam using probiotics but no use there are episodes of loose motions.i don't have any stress or I don't eat any outside but I can't understand why this problem is repeated.can anyone help me
