For actidity problems once i was prescribed Pantodac DSR (1-0-1) [DOMPERIDONE+PANTOPRAZOLE] {for 7 days} & Sup. GAVISCON 10 ml three times a day after meals {For 10 Days} On the earlier occassion i was prescribed ZINETAC [RANITIDINE] 150MG TABLET twice a day Both worked fine for me. Which can i continue with? Which one is better and why?

My brother had an excruciating pancreatitis attack 5 4 years ago. He was admitted to hospital and the doctor said it's acute and it will get better in time.
