I did fundoplication surgery two year ago, my problem which I had was cured,but now after two years I have pain in my esophagus when I eat something oily , fried or acidy foods I have taken ppis Esomoprazol for 8 weeks 40 mg two times a day with dom tab 10 mg ,but still I have problem I do not know what to do? I think I have acid reflux once again.I do not know ,but before when I did not do surgery I had reflux when I eat food after 15 minute it was came up to my mouth but now it does not come but I have a pain and burning sensation.The acid blocker does not work kindly prescribe me some good medics to cure from it . The place where I live , there is no good doctor, instrument and also not trustable to go and check my problem. I check my blood for H- pylori I did not have that problem maybe my stomach is little weak to I can not digest the foods I think . Please help me

My father is suffered from hemorrhoid it fully came out and blood is clott inside we made an surgery in smf hospital in chennai yesterday but my question is some of the hemorrhoid tissue is still visible outside doctor saying it is external hemorrhoids it couldn't be removed it shrink and fall within a week i need an clarification it is true

Sir I have just done the LFT as a regular checkup. In report , sgot is 21, sgpt is 40, total biliruben is 0.6 & gamma test 15. Should I be concerned for high sgpt though it is within normal range. Also, m non alcoholic and no symptoms I have observed.
