Since 1 week I am facing the issue of pain at Anus while passing stool and today observed little bit of blood in the stool, mainly at he top of the Anus

I did surgery because of hiatus hernia two years ago . Now It is three month that I have heartburn and and pain in esophagus is that normal to have or not and which medics or good for GERD I took pantaparazol for 1 months which type is better kindly give me some advice please do not tell me to do endoscopy because in my place it is not trustable to do it there is no good doctor and instrument to do that please give me some medics

I was diagnosed with gallstones 2 months ago. What are the possible causes of gallstones in a 45 year old female? Do gallstones occur due to irregular food timings or sedentary life? Can it be hereditary? How are they formed? Does eating too much of tomatoes cause gallstones?

I have fatty liver grade1 I have done a Utrasound in last month and it’s been almost 45 days gone. I had few bloating and constipation right after my check up and ultrasound. I have still some time few gas problem and constipation sometimes. I am doing regular exercise and my diet is also good. I am avoiding few food as well. Now what to do.

My wife is crohn's disease patient, she is taking pentasa 1mg thrice daily, from last 15 days she suffering motion problem 6 times a day, d local gastroenterologist suggested to take budez Cr 3mg x 3 capsules at a time in morning , is it safe or taking 3 mg thrice daily is better. Kindly suggest
