I had haemrrhoids problem since 2 weeks probably both internal and external. I have used topical medicines anobliss and shield cream and sitz bath, ice pack which relieved me of the severe pain and inflammation.. i have also made changes to my diet and lifestyle. However, I feel a lump outside which was every inflamed and pink which is now turning black.. pain is gone but slight irritation and itching in the morning routine remains.. Sir, I have fatty liver problem grade 2. I walk now 3-4 kms a day now. I m taking ursocol 300 twice a day after meal. I have acid reflux problem also. Also my sleep is less due to this stress and problems. I go for bowel movement 3 times or even 4 times a day. Today I ate papaya one plate full plate in morning and I went to stool at noon and i had smell of papaya in stool. Kindly advice. Similarky before some day it happened when I ate cabbage sabji 2 servings and spinach juice as well. I took darolac tablet in night for proper digestion. It never happened to me before. Kindly guide.
