Dear doctor, I have done abdomen ultrasound for kidney stones but found grade-I fatty liver surprisingly, I'm non alcoholic and eats nonveg twies month, wt-76 kgs & ht- 5.8in and bmi 24.3. I'll not eat out side foods and takes only home food, I will not eat bakery items and trans fats etc & still I was found to be grade-I which was worried a lot to me. I have attached my usg report for this query. I will strictly follow the diet but still the issue was found surprisingly. I'll eat rice and vegetable curry in afternoon and max chapati for dinner before 8:30 and non Oil food like idly, oats, wheet upma, and dosa. Please help me.with my issue thanks in advance
