Feeling cramps since two days it's not my period time I have had boiled eggs day before yesterday, what can be done?

Hello, I’m a 40 year old healthy man. I’ve been in government job for the past 15 years and have a healthy lifestyle and healthy diet. Since past 4 months my weight has been increasing and I think it is because of my decreased metabolism. Please advise on how to increase metabolism after 40?

After eating breakfast lunch or dinner I feel sudden sensation of passing stool it happened since 1 weeks with acute stomach and muscles pain body

While pooping the first 30% stool is hard like Peebles attached each other and followed by soft and at the end it is like ribbon shape. I'm experiencing this from past 3 months is it normal. I'm very much worried about it. I have bloating if I don't eat on time and have gas problem have pain sometime not often.

I just saw a pinworm in my baby's poop. He has been waking up from sleep at half n hour interval and being very very clingy since yesterday. Now I say this worm. Is it possible that he has been in that irritant le clingy mood because of the pinworm irritation?
