I have a persistent stomach pain (upper middle abdomen) since last night. On a regular basis, I burp a lot, and I suspect the pain is due to gas because when I burp, I feel better. But, the pain is continuous and I feel better if I lie down. Any advise on quick relief from the pain? As I have to travel for next 3 days or so. Thanks in advance.
