Post hospitalization for fvr n abd pain
One week post hospitalization from hospital discharged with 7.2 haemoglobin, 15000 platelet count, tlc -700. taking antifungal and anti bacterial discharge meds. today report hameoglobin -9.1, tlc 2000, platelets-90,000, ESR 25 mm/hr. pateint is already cld 5 years , dm what does ESR value signfy here ??, attached report latest report and discharge summary.
