Is it safe to take anti flu and anti biotics tablets at the same time when having viral fever and throat infection ?

Due to stomach upset. My stool got tight and my annal hole got bleeding while going to be fresh now it's paining I have tube Crema gel 2% can I use it or anything else...

I gave gastric problem at night at bed time my stomach tight and pain in my both legs I have shown many doctor. They prescribe Goldcal,Prothiaden 50mg and nexnuron at night. I 50% relief by ranitidine 300mg night no other gas tblet at night suit like pan d,pan it,pan l,rabsec d. Omisec d, and plz suggest which gas tablet should I take in morning. I have done all blood related 75 test and ultrasound also all were negative

Hi Doctor, Since 1 week i suffering form gastric problem, Before and after meal i feel uncomfortable and heavy from stomach to chest, after taking any gastric tablet like Rantac150 mg i feel relief.
