BLEEDING AND PAIN DUE TO PILES
Hello doctor from the past few days my haemorrhoids have started back again . I had consulted a doctor before for this problem . He told me to apply anobliss cream and taking a sitbath 3 times a day which i am doing riht now . But it isn't doing well for me . Everyday when my stool passes ,there is extreme pain in the anus region with extreme itching and chronic pain after some time . Can anybody suggest me a home remedy for the same or any medicine. I have grade 2 piles.

I suggest to visit surgeon in Mumbai. Unless someone examines it's not possible to decide whether u need operation or no operation. Take appointment via Practo or consult

[ ] Hi, it seems you have developed fissure in ano. ( a cut in anal canal due to passage of hard stool). You need some good laxative to make stool soft do that it should not hurt the wounded area. Take isabgol husk in Luke warm water after dinner daily. You can try Triphala powder. There are certain ointment to relax the anal sphincter which helps in relieving pain and allows fissure to heal. Do sitz bath three times a day. Feel free to ask any further quary.
