From three four years i have problem in anus Its so itchy, antibiotics gives me relief for some period but there is no any permanent solution One doctor said it priritus ani One said it perianal dermatitis If i dont use proctosydl -+meitrogel Its so itching there I dont have contsipation Yes i have some gas problem Please tell me which test i have to do know whats root cause And to whom i contact skin or gastrologist
