Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have a couple... 1. Shortness of breath, needing to yawn to get a deep breath. This only.happens sometimes and lasts a few hours to a couple days. 2. Uti symptoms, burning and urgency but no blood or other pain. Doctor tests come back negative. Symptoms every few weeks 3. Off and on constipation, lately no appetite or want to eat and feeling sick to think or try to eat.

My daughter having hard stools in multiple times not as usual and complaining stomach pain and I find out her stomach is hard

Im skinny but I have gained weight and build some muscles by working out but the thing is that my stomach looks inflated, how is it possible that I still have a "inflated" stomach after working out for a long time ? I need a little bit flatter stomach.
