Stomach Problems & Remedies

I had indigestion and gastric issue last week when I get nauseous after eating anything. Felt like either vomit or to run to the bathroom but I couldn't. I took a medicine pantafol dsr for two days and felt better. I used to not eat for two days due to loss of appetite and gas . Starting having normal food without spice and other foods. But I had the similar stomach ache and vomit after having food. The food which is hard to digest such as momos and cheese are the ones vomited. I'm facing the problem again. I also faced but of constipation and a bit of pain during going to toilet. Please suggest the cause and medical aid for the same .

I had a oil rich dinner on last Thursday. Had vomiting thrice on Friday, and extremely weak, also had fever for next 3 days. Now I feel like eating every now and then, but cannot have enough in one go. I feel bloated all the time, and feel that I would be relieved if I had a clear motion.
