Please advice on the attach urine report. Issues- Chronic stomach for over one month. Constant pain throughout and unable to eat food

I am suffering from loose motion and stomach ache. Also i can't eat anything. Infeel a little weakness.

I haven't passed motion since Friday and In severe stomach pain. I do take interval headaches I have taken 2 Enos with a gap of 5 hours and also taken gelusil but didn't help. In the Friday morning I had had eaten 4 aaloo tikkis with single piece bread. Yestarday I had soda and jaljeera which too did not help. Kindly help I am in severe pain.

I experiencing pain sometimea in extreme right and left side of stomach.I have been drinking from 2 days and also consuming alcohol.can u tell me is it due to gas or not?

I have a fatty liver and for that I am was taking Essentiale L 300mg...three times a day... But now it's not been sold as 300 mg, and new product is in d market as Essentiale 1g. Kindly advise whether I continue with new one. Photo attached.

I have problem of regular headaches induced by vomiting , and to lower down my headache I have to vomit forcefully after that I feel good but it's too frequent , may be related to digestion issue , my digestion is also not that great ..but this headache and vomiting sensations are too frequents ..kindly help me
