Having ibs from last 4 months having gas and bloating have to go washroom instantly after eating something earlier when i was fine go to washroom two times but now have to go 5 to 6 times in a day but then only i donot feel fresh feeling comes that something is lef in stomach

Appetite has reduced, felling cold, nit shivering but feeling like carrying a stole or sitting without fan, sore tongue

Sir, I am suffering for acidity and gastric problem since last 3 years. Now I have to take antacid everyday, whenever i stop taking medicine symptoms appears again. I control on food habits so much. Like i always avoid oily and spicy food, street food, milk etc. However still problem does not get cured.
