Stomach Problems & Remedies

I'm having pain in my upper stomach since 2 days and It's kind of burning sensation. I took meds for gas but it didn't help. This has happened before also.

I am suffering from intense acidity related problems. I am burping and belching almost all throughout the day.A little gap between meals is resulting in heartburn. Since two days there has been a persistent bitter taste inside my mouth.which is not going away even if I am not eating anything to cause acidity. Stools are irregular . I am worried .will be really grateful if any advice is given.This has made life very difficult.

Digestiv problem,pain in abdominal, below the ribcage , some times it's hard to breath air also.need medical help.

Every time if I have food or tea .I feel that I should go for poo. But it's not normal poo not all liquid not all solid type a mixture of both. Suffering from 10 months. And I go for poo 4.5 times a day ... sometimes more if have more tea . What should I do
