Its not curing by medicines and nothing..its better to surgery it plzz suggest doctors what can i do

A lot of blood in stool without pain, earlier I use to have pain but very little blood

I got loose motion on Friday and Saturday for 5 to 6 times per day. Took eldoper tablet on sat night and Sunday morning. So till Sunday evening it stopped. Again on Sunday night loose motion started again.2 times on sunday night. All the times its watery. feeling some sound in stomach. Is there any home remedies for this or do I need to consult doctor?

I have been experiencing mild pain in left abdomen for past few weeks. this is a mild pain which comes and goes. Sometime it is a burning sensation. So i went to doc and he said its dyspepsia and very common. gave me 10 days of Superia L. First two days i felt perfect fine but then again the pain appeared and it still very mild but disturbing. Please suggest. Is it anything to worry about. Current Medication - Prolomet XL 12.5, Himalaya Gasex, Himalaya Cystone, Himalaya Triphala, Unienzyme(occassionaly), Himalaya Liv 52, Multivitamin Capsules.

After eating anything I use to burp with foul smell. I have fatty liver level 2 and SGPT level 60u. Please Suggest me what to do. Also can I take Himalaya LIV52 for healthy liver please suggest
