Having stomach ache from last three days plus having kidney stone pain what medicine should i prefer

He is suffering from constipation since 1 year. He gives pressure but stool didn't come out . He feel mentally depressed.

I have facing piles problem from the past three days, am finding very difficult to sit a d pass stool.

I was diagnosed with bacterial colitis earlier this year and I was prescribed antibiotics which gave me temporary relief. Past few months I've noticed a loss of appetite and black tarry stools. Please help?

My ASPARTATE AMINOTRANSFERASE (SGOT ) is 76 while ALANINE TRANSAMINASE (SGPT) is 127.ALKALINE PHOSPHATASE is 163. Other tests like BILIRUBIN,GGT,PROTEIN and ALBUMIN are normal. Kindly guide me. Is it dangerous ? What should I do? This was revealed while doing regular body check up annually. I am 31 year old Male.

Hi, I was diagnosed for acid reflux and doctor prescribed 14 days antibiotics treatment for H pylori and 1.5 months Acid supression medicine (esmoparazole).I also did liver function test and all looks normal. After 15 days also i still wake up at night due to indigestion and acidity. If I take unienzyme aftr food at night I sleep without having any issue.I have already made lifestyle changes Also i find green patches in my stool in the morning and feels stomach heat after meal. Attached photos here. Any help would be much appreciated.
