I'M Anish Das aged 20 years. My weight was 59 kg which before 2 months but now it became 55 kg. So I visited a doctor with this weight loss issue and mild digestion problems. So Dr. gave me some tests and here are results : SERUM BILIRUBIN TOTAL 2.3 mg/100ml. Direct 0.5 mg/100ml. Indirect 1.8 mg/100ml [Serum albumin 4.8g/ 100ml] [Serum globulin 2.7g/ 100 ml] [A/G RATIO 1.8] [Serum alkaline phosphate 127 units/ lit] [Serum SGOT 57units/lit] [Serum SGPT 109units /lit]

After eating food, if I walk little or do any work , more gas is produced and getting accumulated in chest. Can't able to walk. Taken pan40 nd sucrafil but no improvement. There is no burning sensation in stomach. Only gas is problem. Kindly suggest me medications.

Hi Sir, My brother is suffering from stomach TB and on medication of it from last 3 month. But no improvement we can see, In last 3 month 9kg weight decreased. Total 30kg weight he lost in 6 month. And another problem he is facing conjesion in small intestine. Due to that he is not able to eat properly but his stomach is full tight. 2 week back some doctor asked us to do the PET CT scan  and after that his health was totally degraded. Now he is not able to stand on his leg. Please suggest sir what we should do now. He is not recovering after taking TB medicine He is taking below medicine *R-CIN 450mg *P-Zide 1400mg *Mycobutol 1200mg *Isoniazid 300mg *Wysolone 50mg *Pruvict 1mg

I am having black tarry stools .I am currently taking multi vitamins from 2 days cointaining iron give diagnosis and treatment? Do I need further investigation or is it due to supradyn?should I stop medication and watch

I have heaviness in abdomen always. I feel that just below the belly button. If I wear tight pant i feel comfortable. Additionally i get this feeling only after having any food.

My mom was treated for TB. No tests were positive but put on medication as symptoms were positive. Aftr recievng AKT4 for 25 days her lfts derailed and was off AKT. Once they were normal suplimenty medication were prescrobed. She was put back on AKT for about 15 days and again withheld as the lfts were derailed. Now she is off AKT for about three weeks and the liver still shows further derailment. All hepatitis tests are negative too. Plz advice.

Hi I have pain in left hand since 15 days as well as in chest and I have pain in upper stomach Test report of all cardiology test is normal. X ray of back sholder normal Sonography normal for liver function n all Blood test report vit d 6.5, vit b12 136 and sgot 42 and sgpt 65 other than that all normal I am non vegetarian. High acidity since when i was at 10 year Now i am taking vitamin b12 & d dosage and some acidity/ulcer tabs as well now pain has been gone now heart burning & palpitation is also gone but not feeling hungry at all time Please give me suggestion what need to check or everything is ok or which thing need to be take care in future.
