Sir mujhe bahut Dakar or chhati me saawsh bharna or jakdan khicha pan or bahut pet me gase banta hai 1 month se problem hai

On the 1st day of navaratri ..I have been fast for that then it was some gastric problem at the end of the day after 2 days I got my periods but from the beginning of periods , it has some created tightness in my stomach which is not ends till now..what is that ...it feels something tight has been kept in.my stomach ...and one thing m.also some times bleeding while urinating? What is that? I cannot understand it..please help me out of these..

Hello I feel pain and sometimes feel like something is stuck on the left or on the right side of the stomach. It usually pains only when i press the particular part. Its just at the of the ribs where it pains.

I am having severe watery diarrhea from yesterday along with slight fever with temp just above 100f. I am currently eating 3 times daily as usual. But I don't see any solid feces. Diarrhea is somewhat controlled, I don't have frequent urge to go to toilet (now going 3-5 times compared once a day). I had taken paracetamol 650 for fever yesterday. Please advice.

I suffer from severe constipation, and IBS. I take divya udarkalp every night and have hot tea in the morning, but I am going for a camping trip where I won't have access to hot water. Please suggest a medicine for instant relief which I can take at night and sleep for easy relief in the morning.

I had a hernia opration before 5 months and after that i started constipated i had tried too much of diffrent medicins , laxatives(all types), stool softners and i had also did colonscopy but still i am constipated and my body totly depending on laxatives. M taking very good diet as m drinkig a lot of water,juices and fiber rich food but still i am facing this problem .

I sometimes vomit after eating food and drinking water. It does not happen everytimes but happens most of the time. I do not have pain in my stomach or anywhere else. I just vomit after eating or drinking water.

I have suffered from anxiety disorder few months back due to which my digestive system was affected but now from 2-3 months most of the time I have slurry stools no solid pieces. Please suggest what should be done.
