Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hello doctor,I am suffering from pain in both side of the stomach what can be the cause of this please suggest what is to be done.

I've been unable to poop for 2 days. My stomach has been cramping (period is currently out of sync due to travel) but nothing is coming out except giant hemorrhoids. I've put some prep H on them. I have been eating less fiber due to some indigestion and nausea but i'm used to popping at least once a day so starting to get concerned. please help!

I am having black stools .I am currently on supradyn multivitamin tablet is it due to iron in it or is it other serious problem?give diagnosis and treatment?

Black stool, bloating, stomach pain, nausea with hunger pains, throwing up whole food, all this in the morning after not eating since 8 last night. Migraine, sore throat, unable to sleep.

There is a sever pain in my upper left abdomen which ranges to my back, whenever I eat and sleep after 12(say 2 o'clock in the night) as it starts paining around 5-6 PM and wakes me up deliberately. It continues to pain for around 3 hours then it goes away. *I use to smoke cigarettes in the past but now I have switched to vaping to quit it.* Do you have any suggestions or recommendations please let me know, cause I can't focus on my studies because of this overwhelming pain! I am facing motion problem for 6 years whenever I eat fast food or cold due to that I become very thin. Motion problem also occurs during my period. A friend of my mine say that it is intestine TB. is it really a major symptoms of intestine TB??

I am having problems of vomiting after meal, gas problem, acidity, heartburn, no pain in abdomen, vomiting problem not continueuly it happen in regular intervals,

I am currently having a feeling of muscle pain or heaviness (sometimes) on my left chest. I also feel anxious whenever I feel that I have shortness of breathe.
