Stomach Problems & Remedies

Sir I done my sonography & TFT both r normal,taking rabipac plus & dazolam p( twice in day) since 2 months,also antaacid( twice in day) when sud I quit these medicines,or any suggestions plz give ,these have side effects or not

I am suffering from gas ...my stomach is paining very much.. and am unable to control it. Please help me

USG upper abdomen (liver) tested.. Results say liver is enlarged (14.8 cm cranio caudal) and shows diffuse fatty change (grade 3). Impression : Mild hepatomegaly with fatty liver. I have 16cm fatty liver condition,age 22, i was very lazy and with obesity,i was dignosised with mild hepatomegaly with moderate fatty changes 1 month ago,lft report also was like Total bilirubin-2.8,bilirubin direct-0.6 sgpt 160 ,sgot-60, doctor gave me Medicine Ursocol450 and heptagon , Now after 1 month of excercise and medication when i again checked lft report total bilirubin is 2.00,bilirubin direct-0.4 sgpt -103 and sgot 44, am i improving or not??how much time it take to reverseshould i take medication for more time

Yesterday again I m digonesd and found BILIBRUBIN INDIRECT:0.88 SGOT(AST):75.98 SGPT(ALT):49.50 What thus report means,I had consult to doctor and gave me this prescription :ensules+,Sampraj it,Signisame,mebuz sr, Please tell me ,is these medicine is enough r any supplements are required also please tell me diet chart for fatty liver and what food to be avoided?
