Hi !! I am experiencing pain near and around my stomach from last 7 days with burning sensation in it . I have been diagnosed with hpylori before a year , and still it's +ve. Could pain be a sign of ulcer formation ? From today morning I'm seeing back pain at a point equal to stomach . Pls suggest , do I have to meet gastro . Thank u

Hi doctor, I am facing issues with incomplete motions. There is this feeling of incomplete emptying of the bowels. At times my stomach gets bloated. I feel some obstruction in my rectal area and seems like rectal muscles contract. I had fistula in ano, as there is no pus or blood discharge or pain around the area since a couple of years. Is this Anismus/ Dyssynergic Defecation or after affects of fistula in ano?

I got a USG to check for fatty liver. Report said Grade I fatty liver. Mild pericholecystic echogenic cuffing? Old hepatitis sequale and no other Abnormality. What do these mean? Pls clarify
