Stomach Problems & Remedies

I am in teenage, male, 15, and have got too busy with my school, activity and classes schedule. This has cause irregular meals plus eating outside food a lot resulting ultimately in burning sensations in stomach since a week. What are good remedies to get relieved from such burning sensations?

I am having issue with gas reflux and chest pain issues. chest pain issue  i feel heart issue. I consult heart doctor and I did TMT and 2D ECHO also. All are normal. Pls advice to reduce chest pain and gas reflux issues immediately

I have acidity problem for which i take one of the three medicines 1- ZINETAC 150mg 2. CYRA D (Domperidone 30mg+Rabeprazole 20mg) 3. Pan D ( Domperidone 30mg+Pantoprazole 40mg) I found Cyra D most effective. Zinetac and Pan D are less effective but manageable. I wish to know if there is any side effect of long term use of Cyra D (like body getting habituated or anything else) Which of the three is best for long term and why?

I have severe heartburn and inflammation in my upper abdomen. I experience multiple episodes of acute acid reflux in a day. Sometimes I experience sore thoat and globus sensation as well. For similar problems my gastroenterologist suggested me Sompaz-IT (morning before food) and Sompraz-D (night before food) for 15 days. Can I repaet the course? Please suggest.

I have been having lots of gastric problem. Especially during evening/night. I have not been taking breakfasts as I used to. The first big meal of the day is taken at 2-3 in the afternoon. I sleep at about 3PM and get up at 10-10:30AM. I used to get up around 8 before and have a breakfast at 9. Lunch used to be around 2. And used to exercise which is not the case now.
