I m having chronic burning and indigestion since 1 year and now i m very depressed what can be the treatment and bloating is there after meals

Respected Doctors, I am suffering from left chest and back pain (just behind chest) and shortness of breath since last 1years. I have done ECG ,2d echo, TMT, ct Angiography, ct scan of chest, abdomen ultrasound, endoscopy, x-ray (chest & neck) & all blood tests . All reports are normal. Pain is continue. No relief in medicines. Pain increase while I run. Is it gastric or muscle strain. Kindly give me suggestions. Also I can experience pain in night more.
