USG upper abdomen (liver) tested.. Results say liver is enlarged (14.8 cm cranio caudal) and shows diffuse fatty change (grade 3). Impression : Mild hepatomegaly with fatty liver. Hepatitis A,  and C is negative and non reactive. SGOT is 46.5, SGPT is 91.5, GAMMA GT is 97.1 No alcohol consumption at all. Kindly Assist

I have 16cm fatty liver condition,age 22, i was very lazy and with obesity,i was dignosised with mild hepatomegaly with moderate fatty changes 1 month ago,lft report also was like Total bilirubin-2.8,bilirubin direct-0.6 sgpt 160 ,sgot-60, doctor gave me Medicine Ursocol450 and heptagon , Now after 1 month of excercise and medication when i again checked lft report total bilirubin is 2.00,bilirubin direct-0.4 sgpt -103 and sgot 44, am i improving or not??how much time it take to reverseshould i take medication for more time

I am suffering from fatty liver grade 3 and spleen is mild large. Last month I digonesd and found result . Yesterday again I m digonesd and found BILIBRUBIN INDIRECT:0.88 SGOT(AST):75.98 SGPT(ALT):49.50 What thus report means,I had consult to doctor and gave me this prescription :ensules+,Sampraj it,Signisame,mebuz sr, Please tell me ,is these medicine is enough r any supplements are required also please tell me diet chart for fatty liver and what food to be avoided?

I have very high levels of sgpt and sgopt though I don't have any symptoms.appetite is good and no yellow eyes and skin or urine.but energy level is low and I am over weight.kindly advise.

I feel hungry, but when i look at the food, i loss the willingness to eat it...i had tried every kind of delicious food which i like the most..but the same thing happens that whenever i look at the food i loss the willingness to eat it... And in this unwilling situation even if i eat food without willingness and eat more than 2 chapatis at a time i feel like vomiting/overeating...on an average i consume only 1000-1200 callories a day... Rest i donot feel any weakness or any other issue due to loe eating..

Having ibs from last 4 months having gas and bloating have to go washroom instantly after eating something earlier when i was fine go to washroom two times but now have to go 5 to 6 times in a day but then only i donot feel fresh feeling comes that something is lef in stomach
