My SGPT is 145 and sgot is 62.Total bilirubin count vis 1.5 mf.Is it worrisome?What treatment along with the precautions I need to take? Kindly advise medicine for curing high sgpt and sgot.

Hi I am really troubled with frequent, small bowel movements with sudden and very strong urge. This happens every time I eat spicy food or junk food outside , particularly during travel. This combination really multiplies my problem. I think I am NOT stressed or something. Don't think it is IBS as my state comes back to normal once I am back to my regular home food (pure veg, whole grains etc )
