Fever, constipation, breathlessness.fever every evening I am having very high fever every evening it starts and it's very high I have vomited twice and consulted doctor as well but after all the tests malaria, typhoid which are negative he suggested some antibiotics and paracetamol still it's not getting better

Doc,pls can you help me i want to recover from this situation.. Pls help me.im begging youu how can i recover..i am scared of telling my parents... Plss help me...how can i recover without needing medical support... Can i recover from this situation?

Dear sir I am using panacid tablets since 15 days daily inth morning and at night petrol beta 20 for the above said reasons. Till now there is no complete releif. Experiencing little bit heart burn sometimes uneasyness, drowsy I'm the evening times Suggest the permanent solution please.
