Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have been detected with high levels of SGPT. It is 140 currently and was 238 6 days before. I had dengue some days before and maybe this could be a reason. I'm taking medications Ursodeoxycholic acid and Liveril forte(contains L-Orthinine, Choline, L-Cartinine) from 6 days. How serious it is? How much SGPT should have been( considering the medications)? And are medicines really helpful? What precautions should I take to lower it as fast as possible?

I have been doing intermittent fasting for the last 3 months. No problem I faced at that time. But recently I am facing frequent stomach pain. Does intermittent fasting is the reason for my stomach pain ? Does IF diet really cause stomach related problems ?
