I am from Hyderabad and work in night shift which I can't help, I know I need to change my lifestyle to cure IBS but don't know how to change. I sleep at morning 7 and wake up at Evening 5 between I'll have lunch. Before going to office I'll have dinner. My office timings are 9PM-6AM. I'm getting gastric problems, suffering a lot due to this. I don't know whether it is IBS but please some one help me , what kind of foods should I eat in the timings I mentioned. Please help me.
