Can fatty liver cause hepatomegaly..my weight is above 90 kg and age is 19 ...i was experiencing pain in upper right abdomen ultrasound showed fatty liver grade 1 and 17.1 cm liver size

Hi I feel gassy all the time. I always feel bloated irrespective of whatever I eat. For 2 days I'm feeling very uneasy and some pain in my upper stomach.

Blood test results are as - Bilirubin total 8.40 mg% Direct 5.1 Indirect 3.3 SGPT 1130 unit/lit Please suggest the critical Ness and stage of joindice. Is there ant Denver to life? What is the treatment?

Dear sir / mam 20 days ago I did blood tests and bilirubin level is .8 and direct bilirubin level .2 . Now a days I have a problem of stomach pain.
