Hi. I have medical history of peptic ulcer and got treated. Since 4 months, I have bloating stomach and induced vomiting. I had consulted gastroenterologist and he suspected it might be Duodenum ulcer and gave veloz 20mg, cintapro and syp sucrafil. From last 2 days, I am getting severe pain at duodenum and lasts for 5-10 minutes daily. Can you please suggest me whether i need to endoscopy test or not. Thanks in advance!!

I have started my career as a Tax Consultant one year back and since that i have started sitting whole day long but after some time may stomach started irritating me with gas filled after lunch and this continues always till now but after some time whenever I have gas there is a pinching pain in my chest ; both right as well as left side but mostly in the left side of my chest ; this is happening for at least six months. I take omez and pan 40 tablets and unienzyme tablets for my relief but when I take these medicine I feel better for some days but when I stop taking these medicines then for 5-6 days all things will be normal but after that again my stomach starts bloating up again and it is filled with gas but on holiday i feel very free without any further pain and discomfort but the very next day at office I feel bloated again and there is a pinching pain in my chest ... So please help me out.of this situation as no medicine is helping me.

I got a stool routine done. While all parameters are marked absent, the chemical reaction is acidic and 0-1 hpf pus cells are present. What does this mean? Is it a source of worry? Should I get more tests done?

Whenever I eat egg which isn't cooked properly, my stomach definitely hurts. But when I eat cooked omelette, it doesn't. Recently I have started having boiled egg whites as my breakfast everyday. But since the past two days, I get stomach ache within max two hours of eating it. Is this an egg allergy? Because I can easily have foods that contain eggs like cake etc. That doesn't hurt my stomach.
