I have grade 2 fatty liver . I am trying to reduce weight through diet . I have weight around 80 kgs and height 173 cm. I am obese with most of my fat in mid section. I eat brown rice in afternoon and skip dinner and also go-to gym everyday.

Mild pain in lower abdomen towards right not continuous but unable to sit for long, are these symptoms of appendix..I have undergone tests 1 week before where they told me acidic and all the tests are good and no sign of abnormalities.

SGOT is 58 and SGPT is 99 And Creatinine is 0.48 Lymphocytes - 47.90 (DLC) and 3.69 (ALC) Any serious concern it could be ?

Last day night, I had upma + sambar and egg podimas. Morning, loose motion started and severe pain persist in my stomach and back. Sense of gas formation, bloated stomach, frequent burps, and pain. Kindly provide any remedy. As of now, I had 1 tablet  pantosec before food and 1 tablet eldoper after food. Still pain and loose motion has not stopped.

My wife is suffering from typhoid and see is not able have food items as she is feeling vomit sensation and she had a her periods too... So please suggest me what I can give to her....

I have swollen lymph nodes on neck and i was suffering from abdominal pain...and on ultrasound it showed hepatomegaly with grade 1 fatty liver..is this liver because of swollen lymph(googled it) and my height is 6 and weight is 100 kg or overweight?

Is it ok to poop 3 times a day ..is it normal or it's a short sign that digestive system is weak ...

I have IBS. Can it be eradicated completely by Root? Which type of treatment should I follow to completely get rid of IBS - D?

I have Sgpt as 147 and sgot as 224 platelets as 90000 please suggest the issue and medication i have fever as well
