Sir, I am suffering for acidity and gastric problem since last 3 years. Now I have to take antacid everyday, whenever i stop taking medicine symptoms appears again. I control on food habits so much. Like i always avoid oily and spicy food, street food, milk etc. However still problem does not get cured. Suffering from recurring gas problem.Throughout the day .Belching and burping happening all the time. A bitter and sour taste in mouth.From early morning.Affecting mental well being .changing eating habits is not helping.Stools are almost regular but with strong odour .Any help will be appreciated.
