Hi , Recently gallbladder is removed by Lap surgery due to GB stone . It's 6th days since removal but stool is not coming . There is no problem is urine dispatch but stool is not coming . She is taking Duphalac as well

I've been having very loose stool once a day, usually first thing in the morning either right before or right after breakfast, for over nine months now. At first I thought the problem was coffee and switched to tea; it went away for a while but then returned. I haven't noticed any variation depending on whether I consume gluten or dairy, though weekends are sometimes problem-free. Now I'm starting to have intestinal pain in the afternoon sometimes.

I have a couple... 1. Shortness of breath, needing to yawn to get a deep breath. This only.happens sometimes and lasts a few hours to a couple days. 2. Uti symptoms, burning and urgency but no blood or other pain. Doctor tests come back negative. Symptoms every few weeks 3. Off and on constipation, lately no appetite or want to eat and feeling sick to think or try to eat.
